who we are

Based in the desert and serving all of Southern California, That Beautiful Moment is a full-service event planning and design studio. We partner with brands on activations and events, offering planning, production, and creative direction from concept to completion. Alongside our larger productions, we create intimate, beautifully styled experiences for proposals, bachelorettes, birthdays, and private dinners at Airbnbs, homes, and venues across SoCal. Big or small, every detail is handled with care, so you can be fully present for the moment.

hi, i’m allie

Hi, I’m Allie! Wife, mama, and the creative heart behind every beautiful moment. You’ll usually find me in my cowgirl boots, obsessing over the details. I’m a SoCal-based event planner specializing in brand activations, event production, and creative direction, plus intimate setups for proposals, bachelorettes, and birthdays. Whatever the occasion, I turn the ordinary into magic.
